Tina Schlichting, Director, has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. She joined Baird in 1997 and merged her skills into a Financial Advisor partnership in the Baird Sheboygan Office. Tina brings a depth of knowledge in client portfolio management, emphasizing risk management and asset allocation. Tina is a past member of the Plymouth Professional Business Women and is currently a member of the Sheboygan Economics Club.

Megan has been with The Schlichting Group at Baird for over 11 years. She provides expertise on financial, wealth transfer, and tax planning, and works with individuals to invest strategically for their future. Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Davenport University. Megan is the Vice President of the Sheboygan County Estate Planning Council, President Elect of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Plymouth Public Library Foundation and a current member of Plymouth Professional Business Women and Plymouth Lions Club. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, gardening, and supporting animal rescue efforts throughout the county. 

Nicole Clark graduated from Lakeland University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Finance and Management and has over 4 years of experience within the financial industry. Nicole’s positive, outgoing personality helps to provide the highest level of service to our clients. Her hard work and dedication to delivering high quality results is something she prides herself on. Outside the office Nicole and her husband enjoy the great outdoors by hunting with their dog Blade and racing go karts. Nicole also has a love for volleyball, so much so that she has been a coach at South Shore Slam for the past 5 years.
